cANCELATION
1630 understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
NO SHOW
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
DEPOSITS
Some appointments require extra time and preparation to accommodate. Appointments that are very time-intensive and/or require materials to be specially purchased for the service (such as hair extensions, multi-process color, color correction, etc.) may require a deposit upon booking. Services booked for 4 hours or more require a 50% deposit.
CHILD POLICY
Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Childcare should be arranged prior to your scheduled appointment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
PRIVACY
Your private information is never sold or shared outside of the salon organization. Only your service provider, salon owners, and necessary employees with traceable logins have access to your contact information.

Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders. Product and service marketing initiatives, and business announcements are optional.
We love pets! But unfortunately, we can’t have them here in the salon. Please leave your furry ones at home so we can ensure a safe and sanitary environment for everyone here. If you have a service animal, please contact the salon ahead of time.
PET POLICY
At 1630 Hair Artisans we are committed to ensuring that you love your look! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a redo under the following terms:
A redo request must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. The redo is limited to adjustments on the original service provided. It does not cover changes to the style, color, or service originally requested. – Only one redo appointment is permitted per service.
The redo service will be performed by the original stylist or another stylist at the discretion of salon management. Redo services are complimentary; however, no refunds will be issued.
A redo is not applicable if the dissatisfaction is due to a change of mind after the service has been completed or if the instructions provided at the time of the original service were followed.
Services performed by other salons or self-adjustments will void eligibility for a redo.
RE-DO POLICY
CLOTHING
Wearing your favorite shirt or dress? Hang it up! We provide and highly encourage wearing a robe with every color, straightening, or haircut service. However, even with a robe, there’s always a risk of color or skin products traveling, so please protect your items by leaving them on the hanger. 1630 Hair Artisans will not be held liable for any staining or damages to clothing, lost or missing items.
